The first world's largest indoor theme park in Korea
Lotte World which was opened on July 12th, 1989 with opening the era of theme park in earnest listed in the Guinness book as the world's largest indoor theme park in 1993 and it has been ranked as one of the world's top theme parks along with Disneyland in the US and Japan
Since its opening in July 1989, the total number of visitors has surpassed 90 million. About 10% of these visitors are foreign tourists, which shows that Lotte World is not only the favorite theme park for Koreans but also a global tourist attraction.
